Personalised support
Deliberately small class sizes, to support every pupil closely and leave no one behind.
A child learns better when they feel seen. That is why we deliberately limit the number of pupils per class: the teacher knows each one, quickly spots both difficulties and talents, and adapts their support. Families are involved in this follow-up through regular, sincere dialogue. Our aim is not merely a good class average, but the real progress of each child, starting from where they are.
What this means in practice
Human-sized classes
Fewer pupils, more attention: each child is known and followed individually.
Spot early, help precisely
Difficulties and strengths identified quickly, with help tailored to each child.
A dialogue with families
Regular, sincere exchanges between school and parents around the child.
We do not compare children with one another; we help each to surpass the child they were yesterday.
How this is lived at school
- An available teacher who takes the time to explain differently.
- Concrete encouragement that values effort as much as results.
- Particular attention to quieter or more fragile children.
- A climate where one dares to ask questions without fear of being wrong.
