The enrolment file
- Two recent identity photos of the child.
- A photocopy of the vaccination record.
- A photocopy of the child's birth certificate.
- The information form, duly completed and signed (provided by the school).
- The financial agreement, completed and signed.
- The school record (transcript or report cards) if applicable.
